Theme Camp Directory 2023
Burning Man Animalia, in 2023, started out beautifully, with five glorious days, almost no dust, cool temperatures, and perfect playa conditions. On Friday, though, historic rains enveloped the city and made it almost impossible to move anywhere on bicycle or by vehicle. As a result Burners improvised, sloshing around in the sticky mud. The man burn and temple burn were delayed by two days. While some people trudged out to the gate on foot, others made the best of things in their playa neighborhoods. At the center of the queerborhood, the Future Turtles hosted an epic party for 18 hours straight that will go down in history.

8-bit Bunny

Bubble Lounge
The BubLo is one of the longest running theme camps at Burning Man. At the lounge, ALL ARE WELCOME to stop by for shade, to dance, have a cocktail (21+), or refresh at the Quickie Body Wash (daytime). Stop by one the friendliest camps on the playa! Join Us!

Land of Monkey is a multicultural, international LGBTQ+ camp that has camped at Burning Man for 10+ years now. We are a camp that welcomes diversity and that promotes human evolution through ice-cold lemonade, deep talks, yoga and meditation workshops.
